Drowsy Driving: What are the Risks and How do you Prevent It?
it happens to everyone from time to time. Whether you drive a car or a commercial truck. We all get fatigued sometimes.
It can happen because we had a terrible night’s sleep, or we ate the wrong foods for lunch. And all of a sudden, our eyes are getting heavy, our heart rate slows, and we start dossing off. Your eyes get heavy and you know you had better do something. But what???
I came across this article recently and it is full of suggestions for both the commercial drivers and the car drivers.
